Eligibility for Refund:
To be eligible for a refund, items must be unused and in their original packaging. Please include your receipt or proof of purchase with your return.

How to Request a Refund:
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at boostonthegoshop@yahoo.com within 30 days of receiving your product. We’ll provide you with return instructions and a return authorization number.

Processing Your Refund:
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Exclusions:
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and we cannot accept returns on items that have been used or are damaged due to misuse.
